Early Life

Hnin Ei was born on 8 August, 1998, in Kyaik Htaw, Yangon Division..

 

Education

I passed Matriculation exam with distinctions in all subjects from Basic Education High School Lanmadaw 2. 

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from National Management Degree College in Yangon, Myanmar, graduating with distinction. My academic background in business management provides a strong foundation for understanding market dynamics and developing effective strategies.

 

Career

I began my marketing professional career in 2020, advancing from Digital Media Assistant in Passion Point Myanmar to Junior Marketing Executive at City Mart, where she led branding, seasonal, influencer marketing, sales drive campaigns boosting brand visibility and positioning. In 2024, she moved to Dubai as a Marketing Coordinator for Eastman Automotive and Power, managing Middle East Market for lithium batteries, solar panels and car tires products focusing on B2B channel lead generation campaigns, expo and exhibition events coordination and regional social media marketing and communication. Now I am working as a Marketing Specialist in Emirates Worldwide Real Estate

I also launched a City Express franchise program, collaborating on store openings and seasonal events.

Ocean 17th Anniversary

Successfully launched the Ocean Supercenter Anniversary Commercial video, which was linked to a TikTok Dance Campaign by collaborating with top 5 influencers in Myanmar. This initiative had over 200 competitors and increased company revenue by 20% during the campaign period.

Our Ocean team successfully launched the biggest Traditional Food Fair Event with 10 Food Bloggers and Influencers in Myanmar. It made increasing 20% sales contribution to Company’s Revenue and this event brought good reputation for our group of companies.

I initiated the Valentines Campaign “Budget Chocolate Bouquet” with my digital team using inhouse videographer and talents as the very first Valentine’s Day Campaign for City Express Convenience Store. It went viral and we got organic 10K followers increase.
